Welcome! At this point in time, I found it hard to believe that this opportunity to attend and be able to learned a lesson on web designs and other modules conducted by OWWA-Tulay Progam, Caraga, Region. I am 73 years old and a surviving lung cancer patient for over a year now, with GOD's blessing though and thru the wholehearted support from the family and prayers from friends. Nonetheless, in spite of this present situation, I did not let OWWA-Tulay Computer Literacy Program pass. I wish to inspire young people and those "in the prime of their life" interested to learn OWWA-Tulay Program to participate. And it's FREE!
